  1. Applicant should click on the respective loan which the applicant is applying for.

  2. For the first-time registration applicant needs to select language (Bengali, English, Hindi) then proceed to next step. By default, English language will be auto selected.

  3. Post successful registration, system will generate a login id & password for the applicant. Applicant needs to use the login id & password to enter in the portal.

  4. Post logged in, a pre-application page will be opened & it will display the eligibility and the criteria for applying the loan. Before submitting the loan applications, the applicant needs to agree the “Terms & Conditions”, which is available at the bottom of the page, applicant just need to check the tick mark for process and then clicks on “Apply Now” button.

  5. After submitting the “Terms & Conditions” & clicking on “Apply Now” button, loan application form will be opened. The applicant needs to fill all the required fields, click on the “I Agree” and press the “Submit” button. Please note that the corresponding language will be changed according to the selections of languages in “Application” page. For example – If applicant select “Bengali” language then all fields will be displayed in Bengali language, but the entry language on each of the fields will be in English.

  6. Post successful submission of the loan application form, system will automatically generate an “Acknowledgement Notification” with “Loan Index Number”, by using the Loan Index Number the applicant can track the loan processing status.

 

  1. Applicant should click on Term Loan/DLS for SHG Loan Icon.

  2. For the first-time registration applicant needs to select language (Bengali, English, Hindi) then proceed to next step. By default, English language will be auto selected.

  3. Post successful registration, system will generate a login id & password for the applicant. Applicant needs to use the login id & password to enter in the portal.

  4. Post logged in, a pre-application page will be opened & it will display the eligibility and the criteria for applying the loan. Before submitting the loan applications, the applicant needs to agree the “Terms & Conditions”, which is available at the bottom of the page, applicant just need to check the tick mark for process and then clicks on “Refinance” button.

  5. After submitting the “Terms & Conditions” & clicking on “Refinance” button, then applicant must provide its “Existing Beneficiary Id” and then it will be checked that applicant has cleared all its EMI/EQI. If cleared then, loan application form will be opened. The existing applicant details will be auto fetched on the application form and some details need to be entered manually and then click on the “I Agree” and press the “Submit” button. Please note that the corresponding language will be changed according to the selections of languages in “Application” page. If applicant has not cleared its existing EMI/EQI, then loan application form will not open.

  6. Post successful submission of the loan application form, system will automatically generate an “Acknowledgement Notification” with “Refinance Loan Index Number”, by using the Loan Index Number the applicant can track the loan processing status.

 

Education Loan – For New Loan Application

  1. Applicant should click on the “Education Loan Icon” which is available on the Homepage. For the first-time registration applicant needs to click on “Apply New Loan”, read the “Instructions” and “Accept the above-mentioned agreement” to proceed for the registration.

  2. Post successful registration, system will generate a login id & password for the applicant. Applicant needs to use the login id & password to enter in the portal.

  3. System will redirect to the application form. Applicant needs to fill all the required fields and may “Upload the Documents”, clicks on “I Agree” and press the “Submit” button.

  4. Post successful submission of the loan application form, system will automatically generate an “Acknowledgement Notification” with “Loan Index Number”, by using the Loan Index Number the applicant can track the loan processing status.

Education Loan – For Renewal of Existing Loan Application

  1. Applicant should click on the “Education Loan Icon” which is available on the Homepage. For the “Renew Existing Loan” registration applicant needs to click on “Renew Existing Loan”, read the “Instructions” and “Accept the above-mentioned agreement” to proceed for the registration.

  2. Post successful registration, system will generate a login id & password for the applicant. Applicant needs to use the login id & password to enter in the portal.

  3. Applicant needs to provide its “Existing Loan Application Number” and then existing details will be auto fetched on the application form and some details need to be entered manually.

  4. Applicant may “Upload the Documents”, clicks on “I Agree” and press the “Submit” button.

  5. Post successful submission of the loan application form, system will automatically generate an “Acknowledgement Notification” with “Existing Loan Index Number”, by using the Loan Index Number the applicant can track the loan processing status.
